About The Series


I designed this workshop series to build off one another.

I can learn everything there is about nervous system wellness and optimal health.

But none of that will help regulate me for the long haul, if I don't actually start doing the work.

My hope for this series is to equip you with a strong foundation for supporting your nervous system (because after all, it supports you non-stop #cantstopwontstop).

When you join, you'll have time in between each workshop to integrate the exercises and practical regulation tools in your daily life.

And when we reconvene, you'll have the chance to build upon your work and have visible progress on nervous system wellness.


Meet Your Host


Hai hai! I'm Heath, I'll be your host and guide throughout these workshops.

Instead of telling you about my life story, I'd really prefer to meet up in person and go for a hike or swim in the ocean. There's something about sharing story in real time together that ignites me.

At an early age, I endured a traumatic brain injury. There's so much more to me than that story, but I choose to share it because that single event threw my nervous system off kilter beyond my wildest imagination.

I had memory issues, vision troubles, chronic pain, gut dysbiosis, depressive episodic tendencies, and so so many unhealthy coping mechanisms bubbled in efforts to survive post-trauma.

Flash forward to today - I am by no means fully healed. I'm not balanced 24/7. I still have migraines, get burned out, and I still get frustrated over the state of my health.

But here's the thing, that wasn't ever the goal anyway. It's about increasing my flow so that I can charter any waters that I choose.

I am unbelievably passionate about empowering others to flow through their sea of life with confidence and ease.

It starts with coming back home. To yourself. And what better way to do that than to understand exactly how to get regulated no matter what the weather report reads for the day.

Can I get a refund ?

Unfortunately there are no refunds, so please make sure you are able to attend either in person or visually before purchasing.


Do I have to purchase all five workshops to participate ?

I am offering an option for those not able to attend all 5 workshops. You have the option of purchasing a single workshop of your choice.

If you choose this route, please read carefully: upon purchase you will receive a confirmation email. Respond directly to the email with the workshop you seek to attend. You will then be sent an additional email with further information. The fifth workshop is not an option, as that is a half day retreat.


Do I have to attend these in person ?

Absolutely not. I recommend in person, but it is completely up to you.


Will recordings be available if I miss it live ?

There will not be any recordings available. My suggestion is to make sure you mark your calendars for all 5 workshops so you get what you came for.


How do I get my 'Regulate & Rejuvenate Kit' ?

By purchasing the bundle package of all 5 workshops, you will be receiving a curated nervous system wellness kit to support you in your holistic wellness journey. Please note you must pick it up in person at one of the events. If none of the 5 dates are possible for you, and you are choosing to attend all virtually contact me to schedule a pick-up.

Learn about factors contributing to a supported nervous system, and gain strategies for supporting and enhancing the resilience of your system primarily through a concept known as mindfulness.


Fourth Workshop: Integrative Holistic Practices for Sustainable Well-Being

Explore the intersection of individual and collective wellness as well as gain a roadmap to continue your journey toward a regulated and sustainable lifestyle within the context of holistic living. Learn about the intersection of individual and collective health. 


Final Workshop: Empowered Living, Navigating Your Nervous System for Holistic Wellness

This half day retreat is a culmination of all the information and tools you’ve gained from the other workshops. It will be a day of integration, reflection and putting your tools to practice.
